Location

The name of the property is WINBOURNE.  It’s on Mulgoa Road, 13.15km from the fire station near Penrith.  It’s opposite The Settlers Restaurant and next to the Peppercorn Café.  The name WINBOURNE was given by the Cox family in the early 1820s and they named it after the village in Dorset, England, from which they came.

HOW TO FIND US

• Travel along the M4 to Mugoa Road exit.
• Turn left at the exit and proceed past one set of lights.
• At the Glenmore Park roundabout turn right.
• Continue on Mulgoa Road for around 12km.
• Pass the Mulgoa shops and service station and continue on for 1km.
• We are opposite the Settlers Restaurant and next to the Peppercorn Café on the right hand side of the road (look for the sign in the photograph below).

• Travel along the M5 until the first Campbelltown exit.
• Proceed up the exit ramp and turn left onto Narellan Road.
• Stay on this road past a series of traffic lights and roundabouts until your reach The Northern Road.
• Turn right into The Northern Road for about 20-30 minutes.  Stay on The Northern Road until you come to Park Road.
• Turn left into Park Road and stay on that (around 6km) until you come to the roundabout at Wallacia.  Turn right into Mulgoa Road.
• Follow Mulgoa Road for about 3km.
• We are on the left hand side opposite Settlers Restaurant and next to the Peppercorn Café (look for the sign in the photograph below).

Note that it has Mulgoa on the Northern Road whereas the Mulgoa village and our address is on Mulgoa Road.

	The gates were donated by the Marr family.  Mt Sion was the name give to Winbourne when the Brothers used the facility as part of the Teachers’ College.

You will find Thomas patrolling the drive and looking for a rub and some food.

	The drive is 1 Km long- a nice place for a walk
